Exporting

Clumper exports timelines for finishing in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Use File → Export.

Premiere Pro

• Premiere Pro project (.prproj)
• Legacy XML: groups export as nested sequences; effects are not included.

In Premiere Pro, open the .prproj with File → Open Project, or import the .xml with File → Import.

Drag to Premiere (Requires Clumper license): enable Drag timelines to Premiere in Settings, then drag a timeline from the Media pane into Premiere Pro. The icon next to the timeline shows when it’s ready.

DaVinci Resolve

• DaVinci Resolve project (.drp)
• OTIO

Groups export as compound clips (.drp) or nested timelines (OTIO).

In DaVinci Resolve, import the .drp from the Project Manager, or import the .otio with File → Import → Timeline.

Markers

Notes are exported as clip markers, or as timeline markers with the Export notes as timeline markers setting. Markers in imported Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve projects come into Clumper as notes.

Audio

Enable Stagger track 1 audio on export to alternate track 1 clips’ audio between two audio tracks. Useful for L or J cuts.

Subtitles

Export Clip Transcripts creates .srt subtitle files, either one word or one sentence per subtitle. Import them with File → Import (Premiere Pro) or File → Import → Subtitle (DaVinci Resolve).

Use the DaVinci Resolve captions setting to export captions in .drp files as Subtitles, Text+ titles, or Text titles on a video track.
